Raw Material and Mixing
The raw material distribution system supports multi-material, multi-bin allocation with high-precision load cell management and variable-speed feeding structure, providing precise weighing performance that satisfies stringent process requirements. Extruding
A twin-screw extrusion system uses controlled shear, mixing, and thermal cooking at high temperatures and pressures to achieve effective starch gelatinisation and material transformation. The processed mass is subsequently moulded into regular shapes and sizes using precision dies, ensuring consistency in structure, appearance, and product quality.

Drying
The chain plate perforations can be tailored to the product dimensions (e.g., oval holes), increasing hot air penetration and circulation efficiency. This design can meet both high-density and low-density large-capacity production needs. Crushing
