The Shandong Arrow Extrusion Food Laboratory was officially established on November 10, 2020. It consists of a testing laboratory, finished product lab, extrusion testing area, and sample room.
The facility is dedicated to food process development across different technologies, raw materials, additives, and processing requirements. It also supports small-batch testing for customers, enabling joint development of new food processes and formulations.
Shandong Arrow has jointly established the “Extrusion Technology and Intelligent Equipment R&D Center” in collaboration with Qilu University of Technology. The center is dedicated to the research, innovation, and application of food extrusion technology, covering the entire process from raw material pre-treatment and extrusion processing to post-processing development.
The R&D center is responsible for production-scale equipment testing, formulation validation, process optimization, and new product development. It provides customers with a complete one-stop solution, including equipment selection, process design, and production guidance.
