Center-Filled Pet Food Production Line

Extruding
The high L/D ratio twin-screw extruder is designed primarily for processing high fresh-meat and high-protein pet food compositions. It improves palatability and chewing performance by optimizing screw designs and extrusion settings while maintaining product quality stability. It is designed for large-scale production and successfully serves the needs of premium pet food manufacturers.
Forming & Cutting
Capable of processing multiple product strands simultaneously, increasing production capacity by 4–6 times. Product dimensions can be customized, and the system is equipped with a food-grade PU conveyor belt for easy cleaning and hygienic operation.
Drying
The servo-driven material distribution system assures even distribution and reliable operation. An integrated residue cleaning system makes maintenance easier while decreasing sanitary issues and safety hazards. The machine supports a variety of heating options, including steam, gas, and electric, allowing for easy adaption to changing production circumstances and energy requirements.
Coating
This coating system includes a rotating drum, spray tank, metering device, and rotor pump to ensure even mixing and exact application. It improves flavour distribution and overall product quality, allowing for consistent and high-standard production results.
