Instant Porridge Processing Line
Instant rice production line is designed with high efficiency, stable quality and strong commercial performance. Manufactured from refined rice flour and optionally supplemented with whole grain blends or beneficial nutrients, it is processed using modern extrusion cooking method to restructure the starch matrix and generate homogeneous rice shaped kernels. Then the produced rice is stabilized by controlled drying processes such fluidized bed drying, microwave drying or multi-layer belt drying to reduce the moisture content and prevent starch retrogradation, which ensures a stable texture and extended shelf life.

Raw Ingredients Intake and Dosing
The ingredient mixing machine makes it easier to automatically feed and dose several raw materials to ensure accurate formulation and consistent dosage. Sophisticated control method provides accurate proportioning for tight production tolerances, offering high levels of precision and repeatability during continuous processes.

Extruding
A twin screw extrusion system provides controlled shear, mixing and thermal cooking under high temperature and pressure conditions, allowing effective starch gelatinization and material transformation. The processed mass is subsequently shaped into regular forms and sizes by precision dies, assuring constant structure, appearance and product quality.

Vibration Cooling
The vibratory cooling conveyor is designed to transmit pre-formed grains without sticking and distortion. Vibration is adjusted to drive product offering gentle handling and efficient separation. The longer cooling length increases heat dissipation and drying efficiency and ensures stable product quality for further processing.

Pre-Drying
The combined action of mechanical vibration and air flow fluidization maintains the material in a homogeneous fluidized state, which allows for efficient heat and mass transfer for successful pre-drying. The moderate vibration and fluidization reduce mechanical stress and make the process particularly ideal for handling fragile or breakage sensitive objects.

Drying
The dryer removes residual moisture from fortified rice kernels to reach target moisture for safe packaging, prolonged shelf life and consistent storage performance.

Cooling
The counterflow cooler uses a counter-current flow of ambient air and product to provide consistent, progressive cooling. This design lowers thermal shock and hence reduces the possibility of cracking and fine formation. The product is usually stored at 3–5 °C above ambient temperature after cooling, which is sufficient to ensure its stability for further handling and packaging.
