Dental Chews Processing Line
This dental chews processing line combines important operations such as raw material mixing, extrusion forming, cutting and shaping, and drying/curing to provide consistent and dependable operation. It allows for the bespoke creation of a variety of formats, including straight sticks, twisted shapes, and dual- or multi-colored items.
With flexible capacity modification, the line efficiently meets the demands of standardised, large-scale dog chew product manufacturing.
Capacity Range: 100–500 kg/h.
| Model | Capacity | Power | Production Line Footprint |
| 100-250kg/h | 18.5kW | Design according to site conditions | |
| 500-800kg/h | 37kW | ||
| 1000-1500kg/h | 75kW |

- 4. Drying

Extruding
The material is subjected to high pressure and temperature inside the barrel for thorough cooking and conditioning. It is then extruded through a die to achieve the required shape and specifications.

Cooling
The dental chews pass through one or multiple cooling conveyors to reduce product temperature, stabilize structure, and prepare them for subsequent cutting operations.

Drying
High-moisture dog chews are dried using a hot air circulation dryer, which progressively removes excess moisture. After drying, the items' shapes stabilise and stiffen, resulting in a strong, chew-resistant feel. At the same time, lower water activity greatly increases shelf life and storage stability.
