Cheetos Kurkure Nik Naks Processing Line
Cheetos Kurkure snack (Maize sticks) are extruded snack snacks created from corn grits using a specialised extrusion process. The production process begins with raw material conditioning, followed by extrusion cooking to generate semi-finished shapes that can then be fried or baked. After expansion and drying, the snacks are seasoned to provide a uniform flavor profile and crisp texture, allowing for versatile processing options and strong adaptability to various product standards.

Extruding
A mature rotary head extruder with variable frequency drive (VFD) control allows for exact adjustment of the feed screw speed, resulting in steady material conveyance, consistent extrusion performance, and enhanced process control under changing production conditions.

Seperating
The separating machine efficiently separates finished products from reject material, ensuring that only qualified products proceed to the next processing stage.

Frying
The Frying machine provides stable shaping for consistent three-dimensional product formation while enhancing texture and flavor perception for improved eating quality

Baking
The single-layer chain conveyor ensures gentle material handling and reduces product breakage during processing. Integrated cooling and dispersion structures make moisture removal more efficient, resulting in a crisp texture while preserving sanitary and food-safe production conditions.

Seasoning
The seasoning machine is intended for high-capacity, continuous seasoning applications. It provides steady operation and consistent throughput in large-scale production operations. An optional automatic ingredient feeding system allows for continuous operation by eliminating the requirement for manual replenishing. High-accuracy load cells and liquid flow meters provide precise coating control, maintaining consistent formulation ratios and product coverage throughout the process.
