Features
- A peristaltic pump system connects the sugar mixing tank and storage tank, while the insulated storage tank keeps the temperature steady and avoids sugar crystallisation.
- The double-layer coating drum features an integrated structure with no cleaning dead zones. Combined with precision spray nozzles, it enables efficient atomization of sugar syrup for uniform coating performance.
- The sugar coating machine is fully constructed from stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. The integrated rotating drum design ensures even coating of various snack products, making it well suited for large-scale industrial snack production.
