Twin-Shaft Conditioner
The twin-shaft differential-diameter conditioner (DDC) moves powdered feed in a "figure-eight" pattern, rotating and moving forward to maximize motion length and provide a wide range of configurable axial speeds. A typical 2-meter double-shaft conditioner provides conditioning times ranging from a few tens of seconds to 240 seconds, with pre-conditioning degrees of 50-60%, making it ideal for special pellet meals that require high pre-conditioning and sterilization levels. The paddles' relative motion also enables powerful self-cleaning, which reduces feed residue.
