The entire continuous frying machine is made of stainless steel 304, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
With a mid-oil layer heating system, the fryer machine precisely controls upper and lower oil temperatures, reducing oil oxidation and extending the service life of the frying oil.
The frying system has an intelligent digital temperature controller, which allows for quick temperature change and automatic temperature regulation after setting. This ensures precise control, lowers operator errors, prevents product burning, and maintains consistent food quality.
