Vacuum Fryer
The vacuum fryer operates by producing a negative pressure condition that reduces the oil boiling point, allowing for low-temperature frying. This maintains a crispy texture while retaining nutrients, natural colour, and flavour and considerably decreasing oil absorption. As a truly healthy frying machine, the vacuum fryer adopts low-temperature and low-pressure method that makes it suitable for a wide range of food processing applications, including fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, meat and seafood, soybean products, and premium pet foods.

- With a dual-stage filtration system, the vacuum frying machine ensures high oil purity for consistent product quality.
- The non-stick basket uses variable frequency speed control, automatically performing deoiling with high efficiency and low oil consumption.

An oil pump-driven circulation system is used to enhance heat transfer efficiency through an integrated heat exchanger.

The vacuum frying machine uses a world-renowned brand PLC control system, touch screen, and low-voltage power supply to achieve comprehensive system protection and automatic control, making operation simple.
