Texturized Wet Food Processing Line
This wet pet food processing line employs modern texturization processing technology, including precise temperature and pressure control, to immediately transform plant protein ingredients or meat paste into ready-to-eat products with a distinct fibrous structure and dense bite texture.
It is equipped with a hot cutting mechanism, allowing for the flexible manufacture of various formats such as strips and pieces. While maintaining consistent product quality, the method significantly reduces energy consumption and labour expenses.
The pet food processing line is designed to process meat-based, plant-based, fish-based, and blended protein snacks for pets. The finished goods have a natural fibrous appearance, a solid structure, and cost-effective manufacturing benefits.

Cooking and Forming
Utilizes Shandong Arrow’s proprietary core technology to simultaneously cook and shape meat or plant-based raw materials into naturally irregular meat analog products. The final products exhibit a distinct fibrous structure, closely replicating the authentic texture and mouthfeel of real meat.

Cutting
A specially designed cutting mechanism produces more natural product shapes. It allows flexible adjustment of cutting speed and product length, enabling the production of both strip and pellet forms according to requirements.
