Steam Tunnel
This equipment is designed to steam-cook and set extruded beef strips, and it has a food-grade stainless steel belt for durability and ease of cleaning. The steam valve system is automatically managed to maintain steady processing conditions, and the fully openable top cover enables for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Cooling
High-efficiency fans rapidly cool the cooked meat strips, ensuring quick temperature reduction and maintaining product quality for downstream processing.
Cutting
Adjustable cutting length with high precision and efficiency, ensuring consistent product size and clean cuts for downstream processing.
Cooling
Further reduces product temperature to levels suitable for packaging, ensuring stability and preserving product quality.
Sauce Preparation
Powdered raw materials are blended and heated in water, with the option of manual feeding or an automatic dosing system. The prepared slurry is precisely placed into the beef gravy processing tank.
A buffer tank stores the completed beef gravy or jelly, which can then be piped directly to the filling and packaging plant.
An optional bone broth preparation equipment is also available, which extracts all residual nutrients from animal bones, improving the nutritional profile of pet food and better meeting the dietary demands of cats and dogs.
