AYE Series Twin Screw Extruder
The AYE series twin-screw extruder is designed for industrial scale production of puff snacks, pellet snacks, breakfast cereal corn flakes, breadcrumb, nutrition rice and nutritional powder, etc. Raw materials are sheared, mixed, and cooked at high temperatures and pressures using screw rotation and extrusion, followed by precision shaping using molds.
The modular screw layout and multi-section barrel design of the snack extruder allow for flexible control of processing parameters, resulting in consistent production of goods with varied textures to fulfill diverse industrial requirements.
