Crispy Chips & Bugles Processing Line
The snacks frying line combines mixing, cooking, and frying in a continuous, energy-efficient process, lowering operational costs while maintaining safe and consistent output. It has significant raw material flexibility, accommodating rice flour, maize flour, wheat flour, and other single-ingredient compositions while maintaining consistent processing performance.
By changing dies and adjusting forming and cutting settings, the snack production line may generate a variety of product shapes, such as sticks, corrugated squares, diamond chips, wavy slices, and bugle snacks. The completed goods, which include rice crackers, crunchy curls, and corn snacks, have a variety of looks and a light, crispy, non-greasy texture, allowing for large-scale, multi-SKU snack production with high market appeal.

Extruding
The twin-screw extruder is the core unit of fried bugles production line, providing high-torque conveying, intensive mixing, thermal cooking, and efficient expansion. It processes a wide range of raw ingredients and supports customizable formulations, allowing for the creation of a variety of snack types, including plain, coated, and filled items. Its stable operation and great process flexibility offer consistent output, dependable performance, and diverse manufacturing capability.

Forming
The system supports flexible production and efficient product changeovers by changing dies of different specifications and pairing them with the corresponding forming and cutting units, allowing for rapid switching between multiple product formats such as wavy chips, salad sticks, corn curls, and multi-layer crisps.

Frying
This automated frying production line is designed for commercial food processing and combines the fryer, de-oiling equipment, oil filtering system, and oil storage tank into a single system. It allows for continuous, large-scale production of fried foods while assuring stable operation, efficient oil management, and uniform product quality.

Seasoning
The seasoning machine is designed for high-capacity, continuous seasoning, ensuring stable operation and consistent throughput in large-scale production. An optional automatic ingredient feeding system eliminates the need for manual replenishment, allowing for uninterrupted processing. High-accuracy load cells and liquid flow meters maintain precise coating ratios, ensuring stable formulation control and uniform product coverage.
