Filled Snack Production Line
The filled snack production line realizes completely automatic one-line processing from mixing, extrusion, forming, filling, cutting, drying to seasoning, providing efficient and continuous operation. It has a great many kinds of raw materials, and it allows a lot of product development with simple operation and process management. The snack production line is very flexible to respond to changing market demands as it can manufacture a variety of formats by changing dies and tweaking processing settings and includes filled snacks such as chocolate-filled and cream-filled pillows, cereal bars and flake-style goods.

Extruding
The twin screw extruder is the key equipment of the snack extrusion line, which has excellent conveying, mixing, cooking and expanding performance. It can handle a large variety of raw materials and flexible formulations, allowing the creation of a multitude of snack formats such as non-coated, coated and filled goods. It guarantees a stable operation, high process flexibility, constant output and efficient and diverse production.

Filling & Cutting
The core-filling equipment (left) is suitable for chocolate and cream fillings, while the pillow crimper (cutter) has adjustable speed and form control, providing flexibility in production and accurate product customization.

Drying
Its single-layer chain conveyor design provides gentle handling with increased product integrity, reducing product breakage during processing. Independent hot air circulation chamber with internal air recirculation for great drying efficiency with reduced energy use. The modular design enables for easy installation and potential capacity extension. Integrated cooling and dispersion minimize material adherence and allow for consistent product flow.

Seasoning
This seasoning system is developed for continuous, high-capacity coating lines to deliver stable performance and continuous production. It caters for high scale throughput and uniform coating quality with an optional automatic ingredient feeding system eliminating downtime for refilling. High accuracy load cells and liquid flow meters give precise coating ratios for reliable formulation control and uniform coverage of the product.
