Fried Wheat Snacks Processing Line
This fried wheat snack production line employs wheat flour and like raw materials. The raw materials are hydrated and combined, then precisely sheeted through multi-stage roller pressing. Then the dough is cut and moulded by specific cutting equipment, fried and puffed, and then seasoned and cooled, to provide high quality snack products with consistent taste and texture.
The operation is fully automated for lessened labour requirements, and easier operation. It is energy-efficient and capacity-configurable hence a cost-effective and scalable solution, appropriate for small to medium-sized food processing companies.

Dough Mixing, Sheet Rolling & Cutting
This stage is a continuous process of dough mixing, extrusion and cutting, transforming flour into uniform dough and shaping it into noodles of uniform shape and quality.

Frying
This automated frying line is a complete system which includes the fryer, de-oiling equipment, oil filtration and oil storage tank. It is tailor made for commercial food processing. It enables the continuous high-volume manufacture of fried meals with stable operation, efficient cooking oil management and consistent product quality.

Seasoning
This system is intended for high capacity, continuous seasoning applications and will provide steady operation and constant throughput for high-volume production. An optional automatic ingredient feeder allows for continuous processing without stopping to refill. High-accuracy load cells and liquid flow meters allow for exact coating ratios, enabling consistent formulation control and uniform product coverage.
